Each piece in each of our collections is made according to the highest quality standards – each fashioned by hand, one at a time. With variations from one to the next, the piece you receive will be a truly unique work of artisanship. All measurements and colors shown in these pages are approximate.

You always speak directly with us. It is very important to us that you always speak directly to one of our customer service specialists – one who knows the products not by a script, but by training and handling the products first hand. We believe the rich detail of these collections demands this level of expertise in order to best serve your needs. Though this means we can’t use a 24-hour answering service, we hope you’ll agree it’s a valuable tradeoff.

In-stock items: Generally arrive at your door within 7 to 10 days. We ship using a variety of carriers, and take special measures to ensure that your item arrives safe and sound to you or your gift recipient.

Rush delivery: If you need an item sooner, we offer a number of rush delivery options depending on the size and weight of your items. Please speak to a customer service specialist to determine the best method for your specific needs.

If the item you want is not in stock: we make every attempt to have products ready to ship for immediate delivery, but we cannot always anticipate top sellers. As each piece in Uno Alla Volta is finished one at a time, by skilled artisans, the length of time it will take varies for each item. If the item you order is a gift and is not in stock – with your approval – we will immediately send you or the recipient a very special gift-packaged card, along with a color picture and description of the item.

If you would like to keep track of a gift being sent directly to your recipient –please provide us with your email address, and we will notify you when your gift ships.

If you are not completely delighted with your item: please follow the instructions on your packing slip to return it within 60 days for your choice of a refund or exchange. If you do not have your packing slip, please call 1.800.625.1866 for a return authorization number. We cannot process your return without either a completed return form or a return authorization number. If your package is damaged in shipping, please call for a replacement. We will give you further instructions at that time.

Nothing makes a presentation like a gift wrapped in our signature gift packaging. Let us know the message you’d like to include and we will send it on one of our elegant handwritten gift cards. As always – each item ships with its own special story. (Due to size, some items cannot be gift-wrapped.)
