In-stock items: Generally ship within 24 hours, arriving at your door within 7 to 10 days. We ship using a variety of carriers, and take special measures to ensure that your item arrives safe and sound to you or your gift recipient.

Rush delivery: If you need an item sooner, we offer a number of rush delivery options depending on the size and weight of your items. Please speak to a customer service specialist to determine the best method for your specific needs.

If the item you want is not in stock: we make every attempt to have products ready to ship for immediate delivery, but we cannot always anticipate top sellers. As each piece in Uno Alla Volta is finished one at a time, by skilled artisans, the length of time it will take varies for each item. If the item you order is a gift and is not in stock – with your approval – we will immediately send you or the recipient a very special gift-packaged card, along with a color picture and description of the item.
